Why is moving insurance important during the moving process?

Take care of your valuables even during the move! Our company offers a specially designed international moving insurance, which we highly recommend you take advantage of. This also applies to the professional packaging of goods, provided it is carried out by an internationally approved moving company. Only this insurance guarantees that you can truly claim the unique value of your shipment. (Note: CMR insurance does not cover the moving of personal property.)

What do you need to know about moving insurance?

• The cost of insurance and the scope of risks depend on whether you are doing the packing yourself or entrusting us with this task.
   
• If you pack the goods yourself, the premium will be lower, but the scope of coverage will be narrower.
   
• To take out the insurance, we will need a detailed list of your items with individual values, which you can provide either at their used value or the replacement value valid in the destination country, and in the currency of your choice.
   
• The insurance premium  will be calculated as a percentage of the total assessed value, as stated in the offer.
