The moving day - what to expect

On the day of the move, at the pre-agreed time, a team of packers will arrive at your home in a number that corresponds to the size of the location and the volume of items to be moved. Our colleagues will appear clean and in uniform, working under the supervision of a team leader who also speaks English. Upon their arrival, we recommend showing the team leader around your home so they can accurately assess the tasks to be completed. If you have any questions or requests, please address them to the team leader or contact the office representative with whom you have previously communicated.

During the moving process, the safety of your belongings largely depends on the quality of the packing. If you have ordered packing services, our team will bring all the necessary packing materials. Therefore, it is crucial to indicate all items to be moved during the initial survey. Valuable furniture and artwork are protected with special, custom packaging, which often includes tailor-made (wooden) crates.

Our team uses boxes designed for specific purposes, such as for books, dishes, clothing (hanging and folded), artwork, or lamps. The size of the boxes is always suited to the weight and dimensions of the items they hold. Unlike traditional three-layer boxes, these five-layer boxes are specifically designed for moving and are exceptionally durable, minimizing the risk of damage.

The packaging must also comply with the specific requirements of the chosen mode of transportation, especially for air freight.
