Given globalisation and increased international mobility, the demand for high-quality moving services has increased in Hungary the last two decades. We’re at the service of this demand - here’s how it happens.
Following a telephone or email inquiry, our colleagues determine the volume of items to be moved (in cubic meters,) which is either measured on the spot during a physical survey by a tablet or passed on from the customer electronically, taking into account local factors that affect price (e.g. floor number, parking, loading facilities and heavy objects) as well as particular services required from the basic to the highly complex.
Following our initial electronic or physical survey, you’ll receive our detailed quotation tailor-made to your surveyed circumstances within 5-7 business days, including the method of payment, the cost of the move with inclusions and exclusions, insurance details and the validity of the offer (i.e. the deadline for your acceptance of our offer.)

We offer moving insurance, which we strongly recommend you to take up, as only you can confirm the unique value of your shipment. Ask your company contact for detailed information regarding the terms and conditions.
The excess and insurance premium depends on whether you personally pack your belongings, or whether you ask us to do so. If you pack yourself, the fee will be lower but you’ll take on more risk. When we conclude your insurance offer, we request that you provide the value of your belongings, however the cost as the insurance premium is determined as a percentage of the total value of the appraisal. You’re welcome to fill out your insurance list in your local currency.
If you accept our full quotation, we request that you confirm it in writing, as stated in the offer.
If your company will take over the cost, please provide their invoicing details and the signature of the administrator who is qualified to approve the bill.
After we receive your confirmation, our colleagues will be able to determine moving dates.
Payment can be effected by transfer or any credit card. VAT is charged as per the Hungarian tax laws.
